We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, descriptions, availability, and prices accurately. Handmade and reclaimed-material pieces may have natural variations. Product photographs and screen displays may not reproduce colors exactly. We may correct errors and update information at any time.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or prohibited resale. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
PRICES, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Prices and available shipping options are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable address. Applicable taxes and duties may be collected as required by law.
PERSONALIZED AND HANDMADE ITEMS
Personalized, customized, and made-to-order pieces are created using the selections submitted with the order. Please review those selections carefully. Natural variations in reclaimed glass and other materials are part of the handmade character of the product and are not defects.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website, branding, original text, product designs, photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Re-Char Lab and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and marketing services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.
