Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible, non-personalized items. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Contact rechar.laboratory@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly at rechar.laboratory@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different eligible item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. Personalized or custom-made goods may be excluded from that right where permitted by law.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact rechar.laboratory@gmail.com.
