How do I design my own bracelet?
Open the Design Lab, choose beads from the library, arrange their order, and enter your wrist measurement. Review the estimated fit and price before adding your bracelet to the cart.
Is my bracelet design saved with my order?
When you add a bracelet to the cart, a picture of your design is saved along with its bead order and size. Review the design picture and details in your cart before checking out.
Can I buy a bracelet without designing one?
Yes. Browse the Re-Char Collection for existing bracelet designs. Each product page shows its price and available options.
How much does a custom bracelet cost?
The Design Lab shows the bead total as you build. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Review the final order total before paying.
What are the U.S. shipping options?
UPS Ground is free for U.S. orders of $35 or more. For orders below $35, UPS Ground rates are calculated at checkout. An express option is also available where shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I return my bracelet?
Eligible, non-personalized items can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Customized or made-to-order pieces are excluded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please read the full return and refund policy and contact us before sending an item back.
Are all beads made from reclaimed glass?
Materials vary by product and bead option. Check the individual listing or contact us about a specific bead or bracelet before ordering.
