Shipping policy

U.S. shipping rates

UPS Ground is free on U.S. orders of $35 or more. For orders below $35, UPS Ground rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

An express shipping option is currently $15 where available. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options, rates, and estimated transit times for your order. Review the final shipping charge before paying.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier transit estimates do not confirm when a custom bracelet will be ready to ship. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us before placing your order so we can confirm what is possible.

Shipping destinations

The free-shipping offer above applies to U.S. delivery addresses. For other destinations, checkout shows whether shipping is available and any applicable rate. Contact us if your destination is not supported.

Your delivery address

Please provide a complete, correct, and deliverable address. If you notice an error after ordering, email rechar.laboratory@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible so we can check whether an update is possible.

Order support

For delivery questions or an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email rechar.laboratory@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Returns and refunds are covered by our return and refund policy.
